Out of Pocket Fees

Using insurance requires the use of an ICD-10 diagnosis which is sent to your insurance company and kept on your permanent record. For this reason, some people do not want to utilize their insurance benefits.

If you’d like to pay out of pocket, my rates are as follows:

50-Minute Session: $150

Intake Session: $165

Sliding scale spots are available upon request.

Accepted Insurances

Currently, I am in-network with BlueCross BlueShield and UnitedHealthcare. I am only in-network with commercial plans; I cannot accept EAP or Medicaid/Medicare benefits.

If you would like to utilize your insurance benefits, I highly recommend calling your insurance company and requesting to know your “office mental health benefits for an in-network provider.”

Superbills

I am able to provide a superbill for any out-of-network costs. Please keep in mind this does require the use and submission of a diagnosis.
